Haycock Petroleum Company was founded in 1955 in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2001, they joined forces with Jardine Petroleum Company, a seventy one year old, well respected, Utah company. In May, 2007, Sterling J. Jardine was appointed as the Chairman of the Board and Stephen L. Moore assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. Together, they have a vision of continued growth and expansion of the company's market presence in the western United States.
